We had lovely and cosy rooms with homey decor, comfortable bed plus a well equipped kitchenette to ourselves.

We stayed 1 night here, yet it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The staff was great from check-in to check-out. The location was indeed great and stunning, close enough to city centre and Brighton pier, the bars & restaurants, and the sea -200 meters away.

The nearest airport was London Gatwick Airport, quite a convenient location if you're planning to fly in and out of Brighton. The Royal Pavilion was just 1 km away, which was a delightful place to visit.

Oh, the bathroom was so spacious and luxurious, I simply couldn't handle all that room while getting ready in the morning. It was such a burden!

I was pleasantly surprised to find chocolates on the dining table, a lovely touch. Emma, the host, was great with communication and made the check-in process smooth. I also appreciated being able to check in earlier than expected. The property's location, just 200 meters from the sea, was perfect and easy to find. a highly recommended stay.
