We stayed 1 night here, yet it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The staff was great from check-in to check-out. The location was indeed great and stunning, close enough to city centre and Brighton pier, the bars & restaurants, and the sea -200 meters away.

The nearest airport was London Gatwick Airport, quite a convenient location if you're planning to fly in and out of Brighton. The Royal Pavilion was just 1 km away, which was a delightful place to visit.
Oh, the bathroom was so spacious and luxurious, I simply couldn't handle all that room while getting ready in the morning. It was such a burden!

Great location near the start of the half marathon and close to the beach and city center. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Ended up with a ticket even though we paid for a permit. Communication and assistance from the host could have been better.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, exceeded my expectations. Great bed, provided a comfortable night's sleep. - Thoughtful touch of chocolates on the dining table. - Excellent communication from Emma regarding check-in. - Able to check in earlier than expected.
Some exterior areas of the property were neglected. Noise from other residents near the entrance was occasionally disruptive.

The location of the property was excellent, just 200 meters away from the sea. Guests mentioned that it was easy to find and felt safe to travel to. the room itself was described as cute and modern, with nice finishing touches. One reviewer mentioned the comfortable and chic decor. the host, Emma, received high praise for being super friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the flat was also well-equipped, with comfortable beds and basic kitchen facilities.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was the noise at night, with sounds of bikes, people, and doors shutting, which caused disturbances and interrupted sleep.
